Terms of Service.
These Terms governing the relationship between Ark Tech Info and our clients ensure a transparent and professional collaboration.
1. Scope of Services
Ark Tech Info provides IT consulting, Managed IT services, software development, and cybersecurity auditing. Specific deliverables are defined in separate Statement of Works (SOW).
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:
- check_circle Providing timely access to necessary systems and stakeholders.
- check_circle Ensuring all provided information is accurate and complete.
3. Intellectual Property
Ark Tech Info retains ownership of pre-existing tools and methodologies. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables upon full payment.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

March 31, 2026
We reserve the right to update these terms. Notice of material changes will be provided to current active clients.
